Extraction of contaminats from the exhaust
air is provided by the KSA Multi-Cyclone™
grease extractors. These UL Classified, NSF
Listed, stainless steel extractors reduce
the grease accumulation in ducts and
increase fire safety.
Efficient grease
extraction is achieved by forcing the
exhaist air to spiral continuously in the
smae direction in the multiple chambers of
the extractor, thus separating the grease
particles from the airflow centrifugally.
High
extraction efficiency and low pressure loss
over KSA remian practically constant in
use. The KSA Multi-Cyclone™ extractors are
easily washed in a dishwasher.
