Started in 1995, the company’s three principals,
Richard Hayes, Mark Conklin and Matthew Dwyer
amass over 70 years experience in related
fields. They possess the ability to specify,
field survey and design the equipment required
for a well-engineered, fully integrated system.
The addition of James Ober, former owner of
Amcro, and the addition of chilled beams and
displacement ventilation to our product mix
brought another dimension of sales and
engineering knowledge to our company. Our office
and warehouse is fully staffed to meet the needs
of our customers
K-Vent proudly represents Accurex, United Air
Specialists, Halton Displacement and Chilled
Beams and Jenco Fan/Soler Palau Air Products.
Through the introduction of displacement ventilation and chilled beams
we have become more involved in total HVAC
design with emphasis on supermarkets, corporate
offices, theaters and commercial buildings. |

Our Fan Department
stocks and extensive line of motors, pulleys and
belts. Our sister company Aire Tech Services
provides service on all of our fans, heated
make-up air units and air cleaners. To minimize
service calls, all fans are set up and the RPM’s
are adjusted before shipment. |
